ME1000 SERIES * ME1100 Single-action type ( with junction box) * ME1200 Single-action type ( without junction box) * ME1100 Multi-action type ( with junction box) * ME1200 Multi-action type ( without junction box) AS100 SERIES Designed for the easy callibration of I/ P Positioners and 2-wire-type electrical trasmitters. Lightweight, portable and compact, allowing for a wide range of applications. At output currents other than 4^ 20mA, one machine can receive signals from a positioner’ s output and 2-wire-type trasmitter’ s 4^ 20mA output. • Functions * SOURCE Mode Emits a current signal of 4^ 20mA. The keypad allows seetings of 25 STEP or 0.01mA micro STEP settings. Allows for selection of display of single units in mA and % terms. Can emit voltage signal of 1^ 5V ( Optional) . * RECEIVE Mode Self-powered ( 18V) specification enabling for easy receipt and display of positioner’ s output and 2-wire-type trasmitter’ s output signal during recharging. Provision and wiring for DC power source and power measurement cuts down on cumbersome procedures. * READ Mode Can measure and display 4^ 20mA current circuit. • Compact/ Lightweight Comes with a carry case to facilitate all round ease-of-use. • Heavy load response Switch between up to 500© or up to 750© . • Power source Dry-cell battery ( 9V1) and rechargeable battery type available. Can also be operated using an AC Adaptor ( sold separately) . XE100 SERIES Value action can be switched between direct and reverse by shifting 90[ deg] the position of the feedback lever A from A to B.( However the output piping has to be changed.) Also, the structure is such that the characteristics can be changed by selecting the cam. For linear motion, the standard cam can be used to select the characteristics of linear and equal % . Select any of these rotary motion, change the cam to obtain proper equal % characteristics, square-law characteristics, and equal reverse % ( optional) . XE/ XP Quick Stability Pilot Relay Where applications require increased air volume output and decreased response time without booster relay, quick stability pilot relay for XE/ XP Positioners are available.
